The Board of Directors met at the President’s house to conduct the final business for 2008:
Approved the 2009 Budget with no increase in monthly dues
Renewed the contract with Piper Management Co. for 2009
Awarded the snow removal contract for 2008-2009 to TNT Outdoor
Denied a request for modification
Discussed the lawsuit against Adler
