Landscape Improvements

We contracted with Sal, (our lawn mowing service) to install much needed mulch. We have received compliments from people who do not live in Waters Edge Village, (Realtors, neighbors from the houses and townhomes, visitors, delivery people, etc.). Lawsuit Filed Against Builder

Our attorney has iled a lawsuit against Adler on three counts:

Count 1: Violation of requirement to maintain reserve fund.
Count 2: Failure to complete construction of roads.
Count 3: Failure to pay assessments.

This is case #08-89916 in the Genesee County Circuit Court.
