Help Keep Crime at Bay

When your neighbor is away on vacation or even a shorter time frame, please pick up newspapers thrown in their driveway. This is generally the Tri-County Times, but may include papers that the carrier forgot to stop. Together, we can help each other. Accumulated papers tell criminals that nobody is home and that makes it [...]

Dryer Vent Cleaning Prevents Fires

Residents should clean the lint out of their dryer vents on a periodic schedule. This is especially important for those is the two story models since the vent travels a long distance to the rear of the unit.

Spring Tips & Maintenance

Pet Debris – Pet debris becomes very apparent after the snow melts and it is a nuisance to everyone. Please be courteous to your neighbors and pick up after your pet.

Trees and Concrete

Most have noticed several dead or almost dead trees in our community. This year, the Board has scheduled the replacement of approximately 12 maple trees and about 6 spruce trees. Please remember, according to the by-laws, and owner who rents their unit must furnish the management company with a copy of the intended agreement. There are certain items that must be included [...]

The U-Verse is here!

Some of the residents have already switched to the new fiber-optic system offered by AT&T. A representative indicated that we might be able to get a multi-resident discount if enough people sign up for this. You do not have to subscribe to the total bundle. Most people sign up for Internet, television, and telephone but [...]

Deck Cleaning and Staining

Residents who did not take part in last year’s offer of cleaning and staining are being offered the opportunity this year to do so. GLPC did a fantastic job and will again be the company we recomment to perform this service. Last year the price was about half what they would charge to come and [...]
