Sub Garage Sale
Our annual garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, June 20th, from 9am to 5pm. The townhouses and villas will also participate. We will collect $3.00 per participating condo the day of the sale to cover the cost of advertising.

Insurance Agent at the Annual Meeting
Our insurance agent will be at the meeting to explain what the Association’s insurance will pay for in case of a loss (fire, flood, smoke damage, etc.). He will attempt to answer your questions, but will be concentrating on informing us of the coverage we need to carry on our own.
