Annual Meeting and Election of Officers
Mark Your Calendar for May 27th at 6:30 PM at the Fenton Community Center. This is your meeting, so please make every effort to attend. We will have the election of two positions on the board. Those interested should let Mark Piper know prior to the meeting.
Insurance Agent at the Annual Meeting
Our insurance agent will be at the meeting to explain what the Association’s insurance will pay for in case of a loss (fire, flood, smoke damage, etc.). He will attempt to answer your questions, but will be concentrating on informing us of the coverage we need to carry on our own.
Master Association Board Members Meet
The President’s of the three Associations (Villas, Townhomes, and Villages) have had two meetings this year to establish goals and approve the budget. Our share of the budget will reamain at $20.00 per unit per month.
