Excellent Annual Meeting, and the Insurqance representative was very informative. But I have a question:
What is required of a resident before before having major work done to the inside of their Condo Unit. For example, is a resident required to have a permit from the City of Fenton and/or Association approval before finishing the basement of their Condo. Is this addressed in the Association Guidelines, and if not, shouldn’t it be addressed. Modifications to the Interior of any Condo Unit (like electrical additions) can effect the entire Condo Building and thus present Insurance liabilities if not addressed properly.
