		<description>Excellent Annual Meeting, and the Insurqance representative was very informative.  But I have a question:
What is required of a resident before before having major work done to the inside of their Condo Unit.  For example, is a resident required to have a permit from the City of Fenton and/or Association approval before finishing the basement of their Condo.  Is this addressed in the Association Guidelines, and if not, shouldn&#039;t it be addressed.  Modifications to the Interior of any Condo Unit (like electrical additions) can effect the entire Condo Building and thus present Insurance liabilities if not addressed properly.</description>
